*Job Description:* Client is currently in need of a Citrix Engineer to
fulfill a 3 Month contract in Atlanta, GA.



This individual is part of a team of server engineers responsible for
solution design, implementation, application integration and support of
Distributed Citrix solutions across the enterprise. This position will
provide support in the areas of tactical planning, deployment of client
based solutions, and operational support within the distributed Windows
server environment



*Responsibilities: *

· This position is responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging,
and documenting moderately complex application programs that meet enterprise
performance and architecture standards and that meet the client
requirements.

Provides direction in the development and maintenance of application
programs as well as participates in various phases of the development cycle.
Ensures development adheres to performance optimization and interoperability
standards and requirements. Develops technical design specifications for
moderate to complex programs and/or applications.

· Generates requirements and analysis/design documentation using industry
approved terminology necessary to code the program(s).

· Participates in major/minor release activities as required to support the
application project effort.

· Designs and codes moderately complex programs and conducts necessary unit
testing.

· Demonstrated proficiency testing and debugging moderately complex
programs.

· Demonstrated understanding in generating test data to execute and debug
programs.

· Demonstrated proficiency in developing documentation on basic applications
standards.

· Demonstrated experience designing and coding moderately complex to
difficult programs.

· Demonstrated proficiency generating requirements and analysis/design
documentation as well as associated program flow diagrams necessary to code
the programs.

· Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the
purpose of providing information to team members, management and/or vendors.

*Skills and Experience: *

* *

· 5 years experience in a large IT organization providing technical support
in an Intel environment running Windows 2000/2003.

· Moderate knowledge of networking protocols and connectivity as it relates
to server based connectivity.

· Proven analytical, problem-solving abilities.

· Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
environment.

· Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, strong
client service focus.

· Must possess demonstrated technical and leadership skills in a fast paced
support environment.

· Ability to multitask and do in-depth server troubleshooting required.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to
detail is paramount as the position will be working heavily with Offshore
vendor staff in other countries.

· Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
appropriate to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Proven skills in working within a team-oriented, collaborative
environment.
