Location: Eagan, MN * *Must Haves/Deal Breakers* - Insurance Industry Experience - Strong SQL Queries - SSIS experience - ETL Testing Experience * * * * *Full description, * * * *QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst* Purpose: The QA analyst is responsible for the testing of application or system changes. * * *Essential Requirements:* 1. Estimates QA work effort for assigned projects. 2. Writes test cases to test application or system functionality. 3. Runs manual test cases for application or system functionality and perform analysis to ensure that it meets design specifications and is within total quality management limits and standards. 4. Documents and publishes testing results, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as appropriate. 5. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. 6. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. 7. Creates test plan documentation for assigned projects. 8. Manages testing for more applications or system at a given time, applications or systems of a bigger size, or a combination of both. 9. Leads or mentors less senior QA analysts. 10. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. 11. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. 12. Other duties as assigned. *Performance Requirements:* Education/Experience: · Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years experience · Moderate skills with high level of proficiency · SQL experience if data services, data warehouse, or conversion role · *Experience may be substituted for education, but require at least 4 yrs experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · Design and execution of IEEE (or equivalent) test plans and/or test cases experience.
