Job Title: ISS Triole Application Support Specialist
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 8 Months
Rate     : $55.00 per hour C2C 

Job Description:
This role supports the technologies deployed within Fujitsu America Service
Desks arena, to execute services for internal and external customers,
including incident, problem a! nd change management, productivity tools and
BI and systems reporting.  

Education and Experience:
Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.  

3- 5 years of related Service Desk experience. 
Experience of supporting Microsoft technologies. 
Experience in CA, Service Desk. 
Ability to work with the business community in an analyst-to-solution role. 
Project and/or supervisory experience required. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Technical Skills:
CA Service Desk r11
CA Unicenter Desktop & Systems Management
CA CMDB 

Job Responsibilities/Primary responsibilities include: 
Primary contact to the Services Desks to ensure optimum system performance  

Day to day maintenace of the Triole services suite of applications,
including: 
CA Service Desk 
CA Unicenter 
CA CMDB  

Solutions development based on the above tools set. 
Continually work to improve the performance and reliability of application
suite deployed within the Service Desk arena. 
Implement new functionality and modifications to Service Desk applications
as required. 
Liaise with business users to ensure technical needs are addressed. 
Promote high level customer service for all service related calls. 
Provide on-call after hours support as required for business critical
systems. 
Promote and support FAI, I.S.S. strategies within the department and
externally to our customers. 
Maintain Service Desk systems in accordance to agreed SLA. 
Seek improvement in technical abilities by keeping abreast new technologies
and continually training in our field.
