In a nut shell, skills required : Any database,any CRM,Business analysis,data analysis and mining Location : CA Duration : 6 months Description :To clarify the job description, experience with CRM, compensation, sales and marketing applications and data models is required. The preference is that the CRM experience be with Salesforce.com<http://salesforce.com/>, however, any CRM product will be fine. Experience with CRM, compensation, sales and marketing applications and data models, Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> reporting and analytics preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills a must. Experience in object-oriented design and analysis. Extensive experience in full software development life cycle including requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Strong background in database development and proven history as a team player. Must be able to compile and maintain an enterprise schema across all applications and enforce the principles of good (authorized/accepted) data design. Design and maintain data architecture that accommodates changing business priorities and technological changes. Experience Level: 10+ Years. Skill Set: Ability building data abstraction layers. Stored procedures, triggers and SQL. Extensive background in development on multiple databases.
