The XML Programmer provides the XML rendition of selected on line content. Using detailed content specifications, writes the XML content for on line application. Works with subject matter experts to identify content pathways and structure. Actively participates with project teams to resolve content and data issues. Develops quality assurance processes to guaranty the comprehensiveness and accuracy of work product. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science. Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in XML data editing. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization. Strong critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills; excellent attention to detail. Time management skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames. Significant experience using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft applications.
