The program’s goals are to coordinate and integrate departmental and product data warehouses, direct marketing activities and business intelligence initiatives via an enterprise matrix governance and advisory body. Key to the success of the program is the development of a product-agnostic analyst’s view of enterprise banking data and a comprehensive warehouse logical model to coordinate the ETL and definition of future subject areas and datamarts in a coordinated fashion.
