Need QA/BA in Milwaukee, WI. Communication skills are just as important
(if not more important) than the technical skills.....I can't stress enough
that they need to be 10/10 in both verbal and written communication. All of
the required skills are listed below are clearly defined.
Please note that we're not looking for the typical generic "cookie-cutter"
QA candidate for this role. In addition, locals candidates only please.

****Local candidates only (must physically be located in Milwaukee, WI)****
- *Need a good combination of backend & GUI testing skills*
- Work on the SCRUM team providing testing expertise
- Create and execute manual test cases that include positive and
negative testing scenarios
- Log and track related defects
- Work with the development and business teams to clarify requirements
as needed
- Assist with keeping phases of testing completion in line with
project due dates
- Provide status to SCRUM team & management including how much testing
has been completed, how much testing is remaining; status of defects
discovered; and progress towards meeting expected delivery dates.
*REQUIRED Skill Set:*
- Self-starter who can work independently and produce results. Extrovert
personality.
- *Recent hands-on manual testing experience.*
- Has some BA type experience and can communicate a good system
requirement vs. a poor requirement
- *Strong written and verbal communication skills (most critical skill
for success).*
- Works well with and is respected by BA teams and developers
- Good analytical skills to identify additional testing scenarios
outside of documented requirements
- Has formal software testing methodology training; has attended
testing conferences/seminars; participates in software
testing/development/management networking opportunities
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework; real-world SCRUM experience
- *Solid SQL experience required*
