Duration: 6+ Months There will be one Senior PM to lead the whole project and head up all 13 Tracks. An individual BA is being hired to manage one of the 13 tracks. This BA will be assigned to their track based on their technical skills. The team will consist of 11 people and then there will be a team of 6 QAs also assisting with the testing phases. Day to day responsibilities for BA will include: - Managing their track by building out requirements, regulating reviews, completing sign offs, and doing conversions over to *Portia* for all Portfolio's for their particular track including; analysis and data mapping. - The person will need experience speaking with end users (Investment Managers) as well as the IT Staff. Some testing will be involved on the new system so any experience with writing test scripts and use cases is preferred. Top Must Haves for this BA Include: - In depth Knowledge of *Portia up to Portia 8. Portia 9* is not required but a huge plus. - BA Must have a knowledge that extends past a basic Accounting System Knowledge. They should be well versed in Investment Management inluding knowledge of Pre-trade trades and Post Trades. - Must have solid BA Skills including writing Use Cases, writing reports, gathering requirements, etc. - Must be able to write reports in Portia and understand data structures within Portia. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must have, as well as the ability to present in front of the business users and the ability to speak in front of audit. *Job Requirements:* - The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible to analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.
