The Technical Architect of the framework that has been developed to
implement this solution has left the company. In light of this situation,
the project team is searching for a .Net Technical Architect to assist in
the enhancement and maintenance of the framework. The individual will be
working at the client site and hence needs to be LOCAL to the Boston and/or
surrounding area. We are looking to employ the individual as a contractor
for 3 months and thereafter hire the candidate as a full time Deloitte
employee, therefore 3 month right-to-hire language will go into the work
order for whomever we select. Furthermore, the client will require the
contractor to fill out certain forms and provide their degree transcripts
which they will then use to conduct a background check. Prepare your

*ROLE: .NET & C# Architect
*
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
The individual will be working on the project to enhance and maintain the
framework in .NET and C#. The candidate will also be involved in the JAD
sessions for the modules he/she will be responsible for developing and hence
will have contact with client’s during the course of the project. The
individual needs to have extensive knowledge in the enterprise software
development life-cycle with proven expertise in development of frameworks on
Microsoft .NET framework platforms. The individual will have
responsibility for leading team of developers and evaluating team member’s
code for project compliance, maintainability and technique. They will be a
go to person for helping to train team members and offer solutions to
roadblocks.
*REQUIRED SKILLS:
* • Previous experience in the development of frameworks based on
the .Microsoft NET ASP.Net platform
• 4+ years of experience in developing three tier application based
on the .NET platform
• 8+ years of experience of developing Windows/Web Forms,
User/Custom Controls, Windows Services, OOP using C#, C++, Delphi or Java
• 4+ years of experience in developing asp.net web pages, master
pages, user controls using ASP.NET
• 4+ years acting as a development lead for a team of 5+ developers
• 2+ years developing projects using XML and XSLT
• 4+ years developing projects Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server. Oracle is
the preferred platform
*PREFERRED SKILLS:
*• Extensive knowledge in enterprise software development
life-cycle. Proven expertise in software architecture design on Microsoft
.NET framework platform
• Provide detailed architecture analysis, design and direction on
the development activities for the system
• Lead the effort to validate all architecture anomalies to
conclusion
• Provide documentation on all architecture decisions and best
practices approaches to implementing the architecture design based on
communication with the
functional team.
• Develop application modules based on use case design
• Desired technology experience:
o Active Directory programming
o LLBLGen Pro (or similar OR/M tool)
o Microsoft C#
o Microsoft ASP.NET
o Microsoft WCF
o Web Services / SOA
o XML
o XSLT
