*Job Title: *Database Architect – Project Management *Location: *WI
*Duration: *3 years * * *Description* *This position will do the following: * - Work with advanced-level accountants and other business customers to understand their data analysis and reporting requirements; - Develop strategies for data extraction from the source system, and transformation and loading into the data warehouse target system; - Take a lead in the design, build and system test of data universes for use by customers via Business Objects; - Manage customer interactions and bug fixing during user acceptance testing; - Develop, implement, and follow technical and process standards; - Develop strategies for system fault tolerance, data recovery and purge; - Work within both formal and “agile” application development project management methodologies; - Lead the work of other developers as directed. Preference given to qualified candidates familiar with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures and development standards.
