*Siebel BA :: Charlotte, NC :: Long term :: should be able to start from ** 15th of June* * * *Required education/experience*: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.** - 10 plus years of IT work experience in applications analysis. Siebel Call Center / Sales / Marketing experience required ** - Excellent working knowledge of systems / applications software and the Information Technology industry; understands their role in supporting business requirements / technical solutions. ** - Serves as point of escalation for complex issues. ** Responsible for developing and executing project plans, as well as coordinating groups of IT staff * * * * *Tasks and Responsibilities:* * * - Works with the business community to provide applications software / technical solutions that meet user needs. ** - Leads complex / major efforts in delivering applications software / technical solutions to the business community / end users. ** - May lead project teams; may serve as departmental liaison to interdepartmental or interdivisional project initiatives. ** - Serves as subject matter expert (SME) in assigned area. ** - Strong knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies. ** - Translates business requirements into functional design specifications. Documents Functional Design.
