Previous experience with installation and configuration of PeopleSoft ePerformance Previous experience with TAM installation, configuration, and customizations Prior experience develeoping self-service modules This person must possess comprehensive knowledge of PeopleTools 8.49, SQR SQL, COBOL, Oracle 10g, and Unix This person must also have functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition Manager, Payroll, HR, Base Benefits, BenAdmin, COBRA, Benefits Billing, eBen, ePay, and ePerformance modules and Pension on PeopleSoft version 9.0 This person must possess a minimum of 10 years of development experience with HRMS/HCM - with a minimum of 7 years specifically with PeopleSoft. Previous experience assisting public sector clients, preferably K12 organizations, with similar development projects on PS HRMS version 9.0.
