Rate: Open *Client is looking for POS experience on the cardholder side, not experience with the terminals. * BA to solicit and document business, operational, and technical requirements; create a Business Requirements Doc for the Direct Connect Project. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of *ATM & POS processes*including routing, authorization, posting & settlement. Previous Citizens experience is a plus. Incumbent will take the lead in interacting with multiple business, technology & operational units to solicit requirements. Will provide analytical expertise to determine detailed requirements necessary to achieve the project objectives. Will understand the scope, perform necessary research, evaluate results, recognize opportunities, recommend & present optimum solution. Competencies and skill set should include: Analysis - Quickly understands the business objectives & current environment. Develops functional & system design specs for stakeholder engagement. Communication & Leadership & Teamwork - Strong oral and written communication skills. Schedules and facilitates team/individual requirements meetings.
