Need BA Resumes… Bachelors Degree The IT Financials team is looking for a business analyst for analyzing business issues and implementing technology solutions for the Controllers group. The projects span various Controllers areas and require direct contact with the client. The successful candidate will be involved with all stages of the development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through to implementation and post implementation support. *MUST have GAAP Accounting experience.* The BA will capture, understand and document requirements on how the system should operate, what functions are required, how the system supports the business and how it fits into the current workflow. The role changes during testing and rollout to be the business process coordinator, and working with the development team to iron out issues. •Work with the business unit to understand their processes, issues and provide support. •Work with the development team. •Co-ordinate with off-shore resources. •Continuously rethink ways to streamline and improve Controllers processes. •Some of the projects the successful candidate will be involved with are: - Rules based processing systems - Stock and Options Accounting - Equity Reporting - Transfer Pricing The role requires both analytical and technical skills. • Familiar with all stages of the development life cycle including analysis, design, development, deployment and support. • Interest and proficiency in working with large and disparate data and sources. • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter with a can-do approach and strong client focus. • Methodical problem solving. • Team player.
