Location: Silver Spring, MD Duration: 6 months Rate: Market Rate- Hourly All Inclusive Start Date: 06/18/09 Position Summary: Assignment Description Work with Application and Business Architects to implement Application Integration and Workflow using webMethods 7.1.2 BPM Suite related to Discovery’s business initiatives Position Responsibilities: Assignment Responsibilities - Create *workflows using BPMN and webMethods 7.1.2 Designer.* Design and Create flow services. - Integrate *SAP, Oracle and SQL Server *using webMethods Adapters. *Create JMS *Consumers. - Develop *Flow services and Data Transformations *(Canonical Mapping, XSLT) using webMethods 7.1 developer - Create Composite applications and User Interfaces using *webMethods Composite Application Framework* (CAF) - *Create KPI* and Customized Dashboards using *webMethods Optimize (BAM) *- Develop business rules using *Blaze Advisor 6.5 and deploy to webMethods *- Configure and deploy User Tasks and Process to MWS Requirements: - 5 years of experience using *webMethods Integration Server (IS), Broker, Optimize and My WebMethods Server (MWS), Designer and Developer. * - 2 years of experience in development of* Business Process Management, Human Tasks and Workflow using webMethods Designer, MWS and IS. *- Experience in using *JDBC, FTP, web services, E-Mail, SAP webMethods Adapter*s. All are required. - 5+ years of experience developing applications using *Java, JMS, J2EE, SOAP, XML and XSLT. Experience with WebSphere 6.x Application Server *is required - Experience in developing User Interface using *webMethods CAF*. Must have experience in *JSF, JSP and Portlet *technologies. - 3+ years of Experience in developing customized *dashboards, Metrics and KPI using MWS and Optimize(BAM) *- 3+ years of experience implementing Business Rules using Blaze Advisor - Good knowledge of *UML, BPEL, BPMN and XPDL* is required - Experience using *CVS, Subversion, Rational Application Developer IDE, Ant. *- Must have good understanding of *Message Patterns and workflow concepts. *- Must have the legal right to work in the United States. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with different levels within the organization - Ability to work well in a collaborative, team oriented environment; multi-task, be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills Required skills/competencies: Preferred skills: Required education: Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
