Long term DC 3 positions · Min. 6 years of direct experience in business analysis and data and process modeling techniques. Experience with the Rational Unified Process (data flow diagrams, activity hierarchy diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data models) is highly desired. Experience with at least one standard methodology is required. · Excellent communication and facilitation skills · Effective listening: ability to clearly document the real need not merely the business want · Influencing: Ability to lead the business to a solution that will meet their true needs. · Empathy: Ability to see the solution in the eyes of the customer. · Personality smart: Ability to understand the client’s personal style and match with equal style that is not threatening (e.g., to a detailed style: provide detail, to a conceptual thinker: keep it high level). · Ability to lead: To show leadership with clients and be their voice in CBI and to then lead the delivery for the client. · Efficiency and discipline: Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, excellent planning and coordination ability. · Excellent writing/documentation skills. · Outstanding analytical skills. · Ability to quickly gain an understanding of system/business processes and interact with mid-level business users to extract business process details.
