• *Agile implementation* experience with *integration to Oracle EBS
*• Knowledge of "best-practices" relative to *PDM (product data
management)*- Management of ECOs, Item Master, BOMs, Routings and
associated engineering
drawings/documents, work instructions
• Knowledge of Agile PDM capabilities
• Knowledge of Agile Quality Management capabilities
• Experience with *CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action*), *NCMR
(Non conforming Material Reports), SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Reports)
*, managing customer complaints
• Experience with* Medical Industry regulatory compliance desired
*• Experience with MDR (Medical Device Reports) desired
*Soft Skills:*
• Excellent client communication skills for client interaction and must be
able to work independently and as a team member
• Strong process knowledge.
• Experience from the *strategy, design, and implementation phase*
