The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and
abilities:
* Proven technical knowledge of Siebel Technical Integration and
Data Migration with eAI/EIM.
* At least 5-8 years experience in the areas of software systems
technical integration, and EAI / middleware technologies and concepts.
* Expertise in data mapping, data conversion, and base tables.
* Strong technical background within CRM implementations with a
good understanding of the customer's requirements.
* Proven skills as a team member, team lead or Project Manager on
at least one full cycle implementation
* A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing
systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training,
defining support procedures, and implementing practical business
solutions under multiple deadlines.
* Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for
clients as part of a high-talent team.
* Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while
further developing your career.
* Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to
excel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AVERAGE % OF TIME
_25_% Develop Siebel integration / data conversion
requirements and specifications
_15_% Manage configuration, integration / data
conversion development tasks
_30_% Execute configuration, integration / data
conversion development tasks
_15_% Help in the transition and rollout of the
developed system.
_15_% Support the systems and processes of the Sales
Operations team.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Location:Whiteplains,NY
