Skills and Experience: Required education/experience: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in applications testing. - Prefer Siebel certification - Configuration or BA - Sr. Tester with Financial experience and Siebel. - Experienced in Financial service markets with exposure to one or more of the following. · Call Centers (participant services) · Compliance (application driven business rules) · Public affairs · Brokerage and trading (investment and insurance products) · Financial services products - 1 to 3 years experience with one of the following Siebel areas. · Call Center (CTI soft phone) · Marketing · eBusiness (email, field service, sales, mobile devices) · Analytics - General experience... · Exposure with Third party vendors · Experience with data validation testing / prefer SQL skills · Experience with one or more development methodologies (water fall, agile, V-model) · Understands how to leverage test management and test automation tools Must have the following knowledge: - Basic QA knowledge (including what a "Test Plan" is). - BA type of knowledge of Siebel GUI design. - How to functionally decompose an application from a technical or QA perspective (including use case modeling, etc.). - Requirements validation.
