Virgin Mobile Genesys Support

 Project Description:

The contractors will support the overall call-center strategy development
for Virgin Mobiles west coast operation.

 Job Description:
(What will the contractor do on that project?)

One position with be to support the the Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) and the
other would be for delivery of Genesys CTI services.

The GVP position would be responsible for:
Supporting business requirements and initiatives as related to call delivery

Ensuring system stability, create and maintain documentation for all areas
of the GVP
System reporting
Researching and implementing new functionality, features, bug-fixes, and
system enhancements
Capacity planning

The Genesys CTI position will be responsible for:
Implementation of call delivery solution as defined in routing strategy
Ensure all changes introduced are engineered and evaluated in a lab
environment, following QA best practices
