Technical Support II is responsible for providing technical support for
issues that cannot be resolved by Technical Support I. The candidate
diagnoses computer hardware, software and operating system problems through
discussions with users. Performs problem identification, research, isolation
and resolution processes. Escalates unresolved issues to Technical Support
Manager.

Must be STRONG in unix and java.

Associate degree with 4-6 years of experience or 2-4 years of experience
with a Bachelor's degree

*Documentum and Captiva Input Accel Developer and SOX-XL Consultant *

End-user support functions, day-to-day production support, and application
related operational activities for managing the Documentum and SOX-XL
Applications.

   1. Developing and providing Level-2 Technical end-user support – related
   to Documentum, Captiva Input Accel and SOX-XL
   2. Following workflow within Remedy HelpDesk Tickets system to resolve
   helpdesk cases
   3. Making configuration changes within the Application per procedures
   4. Following workflow within Remedy Change Tickets system to initiate,
   perform and affect any changes to the production environment
   5. Performing application administrator functions on application and web
   servers
   6. Interface with Oracle, Windows, UNIX, MS IIS servers teams for system
   changes affecting the application
   7. Conduct various levels of testing for patches, upgrades and new
   releases for the application
   8. Documenting tasks and activities as appropriate to support all
   procedural requirements

Required Skills Set and Experience:



   1. 3 – 7 years of progressively challenging experience in an IT support
   and application operations support position
   2. Experienced Documentum OR Captiva Input Accel developer with some
   system administration experience is a must.
   3. Experience with Documentum Content Server/Webtop OR Captiva Input
   Accel is a must.
   4. Controls and procedures oriented – with strong emphasis on proper
   documentation and following standards and procedures to ensure proper
   controls is highly desirable
   5. Should have strong communications skills; ability to patiently
   understand and resolve application and help-desk issues
   6. Working knowledge of  UNIX, WebLogic, Oracle, and Windows 2003 Server
   and Microsoft IIS web server is a must
   7. General understanding of fundamentals of IT security, access controls
   and application security mechanisms is preferred
   8. MS Excel (knowledge of Macros and VB highly desired) is preferred
   9. Knowledge of SOX-XL (CIMCON Software) Application is desirable
   10. Previous exposure to SOX compliance initiatives and/or financial
   services business is desirable

Minimum Educational Qualifications:



   1. Associate Degree with minimum 6 years of experience,
   2. Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
   3. Professional certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) desired
