We just received word of a new position in Dallas. We are looking for low level BA's b.. Will assist management in data interpretation and decision-making based on analysis. c.. Develop comprehensive analyses using system data, causal data, source cause data, etc. and assist management in data interpretation and decision-making. d.. Identify emerging issues and opportunities to management and make recommendations for correction action. e.. Design and develop effective control processes to provide reasonable assurance of data quality. f.. Maintain existing metrics and continuously identify process improvement opportunities where possible. g.. Work closely with other Operations units and Business Units to create efficient and timely reporting to meet needs on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis. h.. Troubleshoot existing MIS databases and spreadsheets. Specifications / Qualifications: a.. Working knowledge of business processes and related systems used (AFS, NBS, Oracle, CMOS, Custom Reporting Tools). b.. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and one or more of the following: InfoTrieve, SQL, Access, and other database query languages. c.. Commercial Banking knowledge is recommended, but not required. d.. Applicant must be self-motivated, detail oriented, team oriented, and a creative thinker. Strong problem solving, analytical, and investigative skills are required. e.. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, be flexible with changing needs, and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality of deliverables. f.. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. g.. Strong Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills needed. h.. Fast paced working environment i..
