Position: Business Analyst
Location: Portsmouth
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $45/Hr
a.. Business Analysts
b.. Testing
c.. Must have strong writing skills and documentation. Excellent
communication skills.
Insurance Claims Experience 2-3 Years Minimum in Claims.
Principal Accountabilities:
a.. Provides leadership to Business Analysts and assists the Managers in the
development of project plans, test plans, and test conditions to test system
solutions to business issues
b.. Creates and supports the execution of System Testing and Business
Acceptance Testing
c.. Facilitates testing and contributes to problem solving efforts to improve
testing quality and outcomes as well as improves system testing cycle time
d.. Investigates and analyzes current processes and develops recommendations
to improve system performance; Recommends system enhancements for manual
procedures and participate in requirements definition
e.. Interfaces with IS systems analysts and programmers to review and explain
Claims System requirements as identified by the end-users
f.. Reviews output from all stages of system testing to validate expected
results
g.. Develops appropriate lists of claim/benefit conditions and tests cases,
as well as conducts periodic benchmark testing to identify problematic system
and claim processing benefit issues
h.. Evaluates system and procedural changes after implementation to ensure
that changes are meeting business requirements and project objectives
