Description:
· Will work within the business unit to verify business requirements
are in line with application functionality. This is accomplished through unit
testing and analysis.
· Must have a working knowledge of Pega PRPC and understand how to use
the testing tools within Pega PRPC version 5.x to determine errors and correct
responses of the application.
· Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community
and the IT organization in order to provide technical solute.
· Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this
knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the
enterprise*s competitive edge.
· Has basic knowledge in functions they support.
· Has knowledge and background of other technologies and tools.
· Has basic understanding of business, market and industry issues
facing a specific business unit or function. Supports several simple to
moderately complex business processes.
· Must be able to clearly articulate and communicate with business
analyst and project managers therefore must have strong oral and written
communication skills.
