When they say MS Project it is more than someone who is familiar with MS Project. They want someone who capable of tracking, leveling and fully aware of scheduling development. They need to be able to manage 1800 or more lines. They are NOT looking for people who managed 14 projects at a time. They feel that if a consultant is managing more than 5 projects then they are not really managing the projects and being completely organized. The perfect consultant is one who knows how to use MS Project to set up custom filters and also one who can handle rejections and push back and let people know when they are wrong. These consultants will be supporting projects for Sr. Project Mangers and most of the time Sr. Project Managers are more functional than technical, so when they make a mistake in MS Project for one of their projects the Coordinator needs to have the personality to say "Hey, you missed up, now lets fix it! Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the candidate. Make sure the candidate’s skills match the requirement.
