Title: Software Asset Management Skills: Software management and controls a major plus
Location: Trumbull Duration: 4 Months+ Description: One of our Direct Client is looking for a consultant for the Software Asset Management (SAM) project to assist with various activities related to implementing and executing controls for SAM. Specifically the characteristics/skills I would look for in this individual are: 1. process oriented/focus (a must) 2. familiar with Manufacturing Industry a major plus (nice to have) 3. familiar with Software management and controls a major plus (nice to have) 4. MS tool set skills - word, excel, outlook (a must) - PowerPoint, access, and project a plus (nice to haves) 5. organized, persistent, outgoing, and polite (a must) (might be allot of chasing and follow up activity) 6. motivated and willing to dig into things to get it right and accurate (a must). In Addition: 1. Additional requirement for the resource would include "A basic appreciation and understanding of Infrastructure Technology (e.g. - OS, servers, HP-UX, AIX) 2. The duration is for 4 months. 3. Start date ASAP 4. Looking for an experienced hit the road running type candidate. No hand holding here outside of normal acclimation activity to the environment. 5.
