Location: Huntsville, Texas Duration: 4 Months REQUIRED Years Skills/Experience 8 Experience and knowledge in developing XML Information Exchange Packages and the XML validation processes 2 Experience and knowledge in developing NIEM(National Information Exchange Model) XML exchanges is preferred 2 Experience and knowledge of IBM DB2 data structures and storing XML data structures in DB2 PREFFERED Years Skills/Experience 1 Experience and knowledge of the IBM DataPower Appliance to include installation and implementation of integrated data sharing projects using the DataPower Appliance is preferred 2 Experience and knowledge of security procedures for encrypted data and secured networks is preferred 2 Experience and knowledge of IBM mainframe connectivity requirements involving DB2 Connect, MVS, CICS and Cobol programs, is preferred DESCRIPTION: A. Assist in loading the Path to NIEM schemas and associated NIEM schemas. B. Assist in developing processes and procedures for XML data validation. C. Assist in persisting the XML file and data to the DB2 database structures. D. Develop processes and routines for XML error handling. E. Develop Error reports for stakeholders. F. Assist in developing and applying security processes for the IBM DataPower Appliance. G. Make necessary changes to existing Path to NIEM schemas. H. Develop XML schemas as needed to supplement or complete the existing Path to NIEM schemas. I. Develop XSLT stylesheets for printing hard copy forms from XML data. J.
