GC/CITIZENS/EAD Position: Business Analyst with BI Report Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6 Months They are looking for a BA with BI experience. Business Analyst - BA - Analyzes business needs, identifies system and process solutions that will improve productivity, reduce costs associated with key business functions. Develops business process flows of current and proposed environment. Provides consultation and expertise to others. May facilitate joint application design, JAD sessions. Design and direct development. Preparation of functional and or technical specifications. Data modeling skills. Strong oral and written communications - Heavy client contact. 5 plus years experience. UML Experience in gathering BI/Reporting requirements is a plus Experience with the entire system development lifecycle Test Case creation, execution, coordination is a plus Will be working on a BI/Reporting team.
