I want someone with strong UNIX technical and project lead skills necessary to take on any open projects like Samba replacement for SAS/Spark, UNIX DNS migration, QMX patch deployment, and things of that nature. Essentially someone who can hit the ground running taking on pressing items. a) Strong Unix technology (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Red Hat Linux) skills with exposure to provisioning, installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing of the Unix platforms b) In-depth knowledge of Unix technology (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Red Hat Linux) c) Working knowledge of TWS/Maestro and Job Scheduling, networking d) Expert in one or more Unix technologies Unix technology (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Red Hat Linux) e) Unix technology (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Red Hat Linux) configuration, troubleshooting, and tuning skills f) Experience in TWS/Maestro and Job Scheduling technologies is a plus g) Understanding of formulating and implementing procedures and standards relating to technology direction, implementation, management and security. Expected to perform performance analysis to determine delivery expectations and sizing requirements based on current and projected volumes h) Certification in one or more Unix technologies, 5 years experience i) Documentation and record keeping skills, with extreme attention to detail j) Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and protocol (SOX, Validation etc.) is a plus 1.1.UNIX Server Lead Staff Member a) Strong server troubleshooting skills with exposure to provisioning, installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing of the Unix platforms b) In-depth knowledge of Windows server operating systems and networking c) Working knowledge of IP infrastructure, Active Directory domain, Print Services Thanks & Regards, Joel Garner Technical Recruiter Data Group, Inc.
