As part of Home Affordability and Stability Plan (HASP), there are 2 major 
programs (1) Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and (2) Home 
Affordable Refinance (HAR).  As part of HAMP there are 50+ projects with 
aggressive timeline for implementation by year end. As part of HAR, 65+ systems 
will be upgraded/implemented by year end.

 

BTI:

Statement:
Responsibilities:

-        Support design and data architecture activities for Home Affordability 
and Stability Plan (HASP) Program.

-        Requested CWs will assist in requirements analysis and provide support 
for Deployment activities. CWs are expected to work off-hours during weekdays 
and weekends for extended support. They will perform database design 
deployments to SIT, UAT, Maint and Production environments.

-        Support crosses more than 50 projects, 65 systems with multiple 
environments and different technologies.

-        Support new Logical Model and Physical Model creation.

-        Support baseline creation support of build and deployment process

-        Document and provide business names and definitions 

-        Perform Peer-data modeler review for other deployments.

-        Document issues surfaced during deployment.

                
Deliverables:

ü      Logical Model and data dictionary for all supported projects

ü      Complete Plan, Build and deployment for supported projects.

ü      Physical Model and data dictionary for all supported projects

 


Skill: Senior (7+ yrs)

Skills:
Minimum of ten years in the IT field, with five years of specific focus on some 
combination of the following: data analysis, data modeling, data governance, 
data architecture, data administration, data quality.

                
Minimum of three years hands-on experience with the following:

-        Creating logical and physical data models

-        Creating both relational and dimensional designs

-        Data modeling tools, preferably ER/Studio and ErWin

-        Data administration standards and best practices

-        Source system analysis/data profiling

-        SQL

 

Desirable experience:

-        Master data management processes and tools

-        Canonical modeling

-        Service-oriented architecture

-        Accounting, financial, mortgage industry
