BTI: FAS140 Statement: Roles and Responsibilities: QA Testing - Test Engineer: -Design, implement, execute, and evaluate a wide range of system and integration tests and to ensure that software, systems, and services meet minimum company standards against defined functional and non-functional requirements. -Develop regression test suite and corresponding test data sets.-Identify issues and defects. Work with appropriate parties to resolve issues and defects.-Creates test artifacts in accordance with Freddie Mac SDLC as well as other artifacts which support functional testing. Deliverables: 1.. Pre-Test RTMs: 2.. Test Scripts: write test scripts for the test cases and SQL/Automation scripts for backend validations 3.. Final RTMs: Prepare the Final RTMs 4.. Providing status on the project on a daily basis Skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs) Skills: ü 5+ years of experience with the following languages/Tools ü SQl ü UNIX ü ClearCase ü ClearQuest ü DOORS ü HP QC ü QTP ü Experience testing complex financial applications .Working with large teams and having good communication skills (written and verbal) is very important.
