Primary Skills: Batch Execution Cobol, JCL, Natural, SunGard, Omni Core Code, OmniScript experience beyond updating standard control files # of Years Required: 6-8 Secondary Skills: CICS # of Years Required: 4-6 Job Purpose/ Description: An IT Technical Analyst performs full life- cycle problem resolution on production related issues arising from CLIENT'S Omniplus daily batch processing system environment. Analysts research production related issues by performing root cause analysis on open incidents An IT Technical Analyst may also be called upon to assist on Projects in various capacities based upon applicable skill sets. Tasks and Responsibilities: Quickly and accurately perform root cause analysis of production issues within Omni Plus system environment.
