*Position :EDI Applications Developer Location: Jacksonville FL Duration: Long term Contract* *Rate:$35/hr C2C* Job Description: This Role is responsible for the specification, design, and programming of EDI interfaces and data transforms (ETL). The developer should be a generalist capable of assisting with application architecture design in the context of integrating large 3rd party applications for the insurance industry. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in EDI and ETL development using .NET and VBscript Experience with Ab Initio ETL; experience with Pentaho Kettle or other ETL tools a plus Experience with XML, flat file formats, ISO EDI standards, ConnectDirect, SFTP, HTTPS Strong proficiency with relational data models Expert knowledge of structured query language (SQL), General knowledge of RDBMS; DB2 and Oracle experience preferred A “can do” attitude; takes ownership on issues, not just an EDI expert Strong analytic, problem solving, and collaborative skills Documented technical training (B.S.
