Looking for J Rules or Ilog Rules Engine (4.X or 5.X) developers/analysts to work on financial applications.

Technical Skills:
* Strong Core Java & J2EE, C,C++
* Experience with SOA (Web Services) and XML/XSLT processing
* Hands on experience with UNIX and WebSphere 6.1
*Must have experience developing and/or authoring business rules using the J Rules or ILOG Rules Engine (4.X or 5.X)tool.
* Solid understanding of EDA, SOA and BPM
* Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
* Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE, _javascript_ and web service development.
* Experience with testing complex rules implemented using rules engine(s); iLOG preferred.
* Good knowledge of Oracle with PL/SQL and performance tuning.
Desirable Skills:
* Configuration Domain Knowledge (Service Configuration is plus)
* Oracle/BEA Fusion Middleware including OSB, BPM, Registry and Rules Engine J Rules or ILOG Rules Engine (4.X or 5.X)tool
* WebLogic Application Server
* Oracle Web Service Manager
* Java/J2EE
* Oracle Database
* Previous experience participating on an Agile SCRUM Team is a plus.
* Good Communication Skills
