Applicant will require knowledge of general IP Networking, LAN, WAN with different access technologies, F/R, ATM, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, and different routing protocols like BGP & OSPF , different networking technologies, IPSEC, GRE, QoS, and Multicast, both domestic and international. Role will require: (1) Investigating current site network design along with any customer requirements and document network health along with utilization of current circuit bandwidth. (2) Recommend upgrade based on Upgrade formula template and current site data and document. (3) Upon approval place circuit quotes and orders along with hardware orders. (4) Generate network device routing configuration scripts based on predefine templates. (5) Schedule installs of circuit and equipment and cutover based on the transformation schedule. (6) Attend cutover call to provide technical assistance as required.
