*Responsibilities:*
- Design, build, test, and implementation of a corporate forecast suite
leveraging SAS Forecast Server. – High Performance Forecasting server HPF
- Gather cross-functional business requirements to be incorporated into the
solution design (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
- Evaluate product characteristics and life cycle to determine most
effective statistical technique for accuracy improvements.
- Develop tools that help streamline data integration for field sales and
demand planning
- Continuous modeling of product portfolio to sense and respond to changes
in market activity through tuning of models.
- Develop relationships with intra-company and industry experts to ensure
continuous improvement of forecasting methodology.

Experience Requirements:*
- Working knowledge of CPG demand forecasting techniques.
- Expert knowledge of SAS Forecast Server, SAS programming language, SAS
Connect, and other core SAS components required. Demonstration of experience
required through sample work submissions. (5+ years).
- Working knowledge CPG promotion and pricing approaches and the impact on
sales lift.
- Demonstrated leadership experiences and skills to facilitate cross
functional organizational changes.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple linear regression, ARIMA, and other
time-series methods.
- Self-confidence to thrive in an empowered, diverse, and growing
organization.
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus.
- Experience with communicating to Executives in a HQ environment.
- Masters Required, PhD Preferred in Statistics, Mathematics or related
field.
