Demonstrated experience as a J2EE application architect 2. Demonstrated development knowledge and experience using Service Oriented Architecture principles (including SOA governance) and related technologies. This would include time spent creating Service Models, Service Specifications and other technical implementation documents. 3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using IBM's tools: Websphere Business Modeler (WBM), Websphere Process Server (WPS), Websphere Integration Broker (WID), Rational Software Architect (RSA) that support end to end Business Process Management (BPM). This includes importing models from WBM into WID and RSA, and implementing service orchestration using Business Process Execution Language (BPEL). 4. Demonstrated experience in working with services to establish composite applications. 5. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in XML, XSD Schemas and WSDLs. 6. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using IBM's ESB tools: Websphere Message Broker (WMB), WPS and DataPower, for data mapping/transformation, and message flows/routing. 7. Demonstrated experience implementing and using WebSphere Service Registry and Repository, including its service lifecycle capabilities, as well its facilities for service contract document discovery. 8. Strong Communication as presented in an interview where candidate will demonstrate the required knowledge, skill sets and abilities as indicated in the Contractor's Proposal. 9. Demonstrated working knowledge of COTS software products used in composite applications. Experience with the following products is especially relevant: xPression, PeopleSoft Financials, Cognos, Enterprise Content Manager (ECM). 10. Demonstrated experience using Rational ClearCase and Rational RequisitePro, Use of ClearCase for Build/Deployment/Release Management is a plus. 11.
