C2C (MAXED) Initial Duration: 08/09 - 6/30/10 ü PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN STATE AGENCY HIGHLY DESIRED AND PREFERRED BY END CLIENT ü Monitor the operation, availability and performance of the Virtual Gateway and its applications including incident identification, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, recording and communication, status and resolution. ü Participate in HIPAA interface activities, troubleshoot production files, assist with testing and quality assurance, and manage issue resolution and process improvement. ü Assist in financial reconciliation activities, including analysis to find discrepancies, creating action plan to fix problems and provide next steps to agency. ü Manage various system assurance functions, including development of automated monitoring tools, scheduling and ad hoc reporting. ü Help manage the System Interface activities. ü Other operational tasks as appropriate.
