Location: Edidon, NJ
Duration: 3-5 months
*Highly proffered **Performance montoring ** with ERP( PeopleSoft)**Exp*
· Strong working knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as HP
suite of products namely Business Availability Center (BAC), Business
Process Monitor, Site Scope, Load Runner, Quick Test Professional, Quality
Center , PeopleSoft Ping, Real User Monitor (RUM) and HP Openview.
· Overall understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems
(PeopleSoft) and Oracle database and UNIX / Windows/ Network infrastructure.
· Ability to understand the Service Level Agreements and performance
metrics.
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to take initiative and coordinate effectively with end
users, vendors and Application Service Providers to resolve poor
performance, non-availability of systems/application related issues.
· Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the
organization, including senior management and key client stakeholders.
· Good vender management and negotiation skills.
· Overall understanding of Internet, VSAT, telecommunication and
network technologies.
· Ability to manage the dynamic relationships between users,
applications, and underlying infrastructure.
· Working knowledge in ERP (PeopleSoft) applications is an added
advantage.
Skills: Mercury suite of tools such as Business Availability Center,
Business Process Monitor, SiteScope, Load Runner, Quick Test Professional,
and HP Quality Center
· Certification of HP monitoring and testing tools would be added
advantage.
