Please respond to [email protected] Face to Face is Must Job Title: Senior Mainframe Integration Developer Location: Maiden Lane, New York, NY Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities Participate in development of systems design; this includes specifying the component packaged and custom applications, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc. Communicating risks and issues to project management Coding and designing application Using best practices for development Perform unit testing and fixes during testing Phase Create/document deployment procedures Create/document operational procedures The resources will be responsible for the following deliverables: All documentation regarding system design Detailed System Architecture Diagram Data-flow Diagram Class Diagrams Activity and State Diagrams Component Diagrams Deployment Diagrams Configurations Build and unit tested modules for the system Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team Key Qualifications 1. A minimum of 8 years of experience development for large-scale enterprise applications. 2. Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development. 3. Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards. 4. Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD). 5. Experience with CICS 6. .Experience with COBOL and copybooks. 7. Experience with ECI. 8. Experience with CICS Transaction Manager. 9. Strong integration experience. 10. Ability to produce technical documentation. 11. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. 12. Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques. 13. Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made 14. Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project. 15. Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance. 16. Must be able to provide documentation on their work. Desired Qualifications: 1. A Bachelors or Masters degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is desired. 2. Knowledge of iWay or other system integration technologies. 3. Knowledge of National Information Exchange Methodology (NIEM). 4. Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies. 5. Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards. 6. Knowledge of BEA Weblogic, UNIX, Solaris, and Linux. 7. Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Message Broker and MQ experience 8. Knowledge of CICS Transaction Manager. 9. Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle. Knowledge of EntireX. 10. Knowledge of Natural and Adabas.
