Two years of work-related experience is required writing documentation for IT systems/applications, in the following areas: § Systems design § Operations § Maintenance and support 2.. Experience in: § Organizing § Analyzing and understanding verbal and written documentation and procedures 3.. At least 5 years experience with electronic publishing tools and development, including webmaster role. Current tools being used on the project include MS Word, Excel, Framemaker, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Pro, Notepad, Snagit and ACC verify. 4.. At least 5 years experience developing systems and end user documentation for a large-scale (1,000 users) complex systems development effort for a human services program 5.. At least 3 years of experience creating and managing Microsoft Word templates used in direct conjunction with a Java application including using Word's form fields and bookmarking features to pre-populate variable data fields and establish whether or not fields are editable. 6..
