Two years demonstrated Experience in research and development of server environments, best practices and other innovative methods of deploying and managing a mix of remote, central, and VM servers (15 points) 8. Two years demonstrated experience building and maintaining technical and user manuals to document and support training (10 points) 9. Two years experience managing a Help Desk or support environment for a large distributed environment including demonstrated effective communication, documentation, and project management skills in Help Desk (5 points) 10.
