He should have at least 5 years of experience in Architectures for Portal and related technologies. Work experience in Websphere, Weblogic or similar Portal products and should be aware of Web service integration and CMS integration. Should have good Java/J2EE knowledge with deep skill set in Spring, Struts,JSR 168 and JCR knowledge. >From project execution side he should have strong analytical and problem solving skills and proactive in addressing technical issues during project execution. Should show responsibility and provide technical leadership to the team during project execution. Should be able to resolve technical architecture and design issues as well as resolve performance and integration issues. Should have experience in executing onsite & offshore projects.
