Requirement
Title: Software Developers - TWO POS.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team (engineers,
testers, business people), work in a decentralized/self-organizing
management structure, be peer-motivated, be flexible in responding to
a changing business environment with changing business requirements.
The successful candidate provides implementation and design guidance
for a specific scope of work to a team of programmers & testers
(including some located overseas). Presentation, communication and
comprehension skills are important in this regard.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
3+ years software design or development experience
- Experience with Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) and System Center
Operations Manager (SCOM) !!!!!MUST
-Strong background in Microsoft technologies (particularly .NET 3.5,
C#, WCF, WPF and WF) required (both implementation and design).
-Strong English communication skills (technical, written and verbal) required.
-UML and related modeling skills desirable.
-Previous experience working in Agile Software Development teams
