Send me the profiles along with the rates ASAP. Position: PeopleSoft Testers Location: Austin, TX Duration: 4+ Months Inclusive Rate: $40/hr BEST RATE LOCALS are given first preference.... Duties to be performed: Review requirements documents to determine appropriate test plans and scenarios Review design documents to determine appropriate test plans and scenarios Interview project team members and business users to determine appropriate test scenarios Document test plans, test scenarios, and expected results Make testing assignments. Execute test scenarios and compare against expected results Capture data related to tests Document defects Identify and report errors with test batch cycles Perform reviews of completed test results to determine pass/fail Work with business users to define test scenarios and security access tests for users Work with project team members as requested Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 8 Planning PeopleSoft application testing activities across multiple areas including interfaces to legacy systems and modifications to Peoplesoft modules. 4 Executing PeopleSoft application testing on the following modules: Payables, Receivables, Deal, Financial Gateway, Cash Management, Bank setups and Processing, Interfaces to Peoplesoft modules, Interfaces to legacy systems, and Trees. 4 Creating automated test scripts, and documenting test scenarios, expected results, actual results and determining pass/fail and criticality of failed tests. 4 Demonstrated experience reviewing requirements and design to determine appropriate tests including interfaces to legacy systems, infrastructure environment testing, load testing, etc. Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels. Preferences: Years Skills/Experience 8 Demonstrated experience as a Testing Lead for multiple large Peoplesoft projects and modules with interfaces to legacy systems. 4 Demonstrated experience with software development testing strategies and methods. 2 Demonstrated experience with computer related testing tools, platforms and operating systems.
