Priority High Primary Skill *SQL Server DBA * Other Skills SQL Server DTS, Web Services development, Duration 12 Months # of Positions 2 Location HEMPSTEAD, NY or Silver Spring, MD Description DEVELOPER/DBA - These resources will be responsible for establishing an image of multiple existing Front end metric applications onto a new (similar) hardware instance as our existing application platform. Some have application DB instances, some require attachment to an application warehouse DB being establish by another team. The project includes, but is not limited to, establishing the file system, access controls (system and user permissions), middleware application setup, secure data interfaces, DB/table structure, DB loads, scheduling, testing (all cycles of Unit, SIT, and assist with UAT) and coordination with up and down stream applications. Skills/Experience Proficient* SQL Server DBA * Proficient in *SQL Server DTS * Proficient in Web Services development Experience in both Production and Development environments - Windows Shell Script Developer.
