Description: Consults with representatives from the business units to craft and clarify project scope and business requirements; Develops traceability matrices; Assesses impacts of intent initiatives; Discusses alternatives for high-level solutions; Identifies gaps between business needs and proposed solutions; Facilitates requirements sessions and approvals; Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of System Requirements (functional and non-functional); Works with developers, designers, and testers to ensure that business intent is understood. Experience with on-line marketing technologies such as: - WebLogic Portal - HTML, PHP, JavaScript, etc. - SEO - Web Design - Dynamic targeting Ability to write high-quality requirements is a MUST Experience with Quality Center a plus Responsibilities: . Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processes . Works with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications. Analyzes and re-engineers business processes . Participates in software design, prototyping, construction and testing of new or enhanced applications . Assists in training users on new or enhanced applications Qualifications: . Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT Management .
