Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to interface professionally with project teams, identify and analyze quality risks, determine the test approach, determine test project scope, prepare time estimates, prepare and manage the project testing schedule, prepare and implement test plans, and manag. Knowledge and experience in QA methodology and metrics Experience with implementing and defining QA methodology, metrics, process, tools and documents.
