My client (Webster Bank) is looking for a consultant to come in for a 3 month contract who has experience with C#, .net, and Visual Basic. It would be great if they had experience with WSDL and SOAP. Candidates MUST be either a GC holder or US Citizen and there will not be a conversion fee after the 3 months is up. This position is responsible for the creation, maintenance and utilization of tools and services that support the clients Integration Layer. The tools include a synthetic transaction generator and testing tools. The services provide a bridge between the primary Java based service system and Microsoft technologies. The software engineer will work closely with other team members, business analysts and business partners. The position requires someone who can create, improve and maintain complex software systems. Working knowledge of design patterns, SDLC, Web Services, testing practices, scripting and data organization and management is a plus Tools Engineer (C#): a. C#, Visual Studio and SQL skills required. Experience working with build automation, Oracle and SQL server databases a plus. b. Responsibilities: i. Tools Development 1. Test Framework 2.
