Please Respond to [email protected] Position: Siebel/Informatica consultant Location: Burbank, CA Duration: 6 months Only GC, Citizens & EAD's Siebel Consumer Goods Informatica ETL DB2 Siebel Developer The following are the responsibilities of the individual that will have a lead role in the overall support and management of the Siebel Consumer Goods Package used for Trade Spend at our Entertainment client. Client recently went live with an International implementation of Siebel's Consumer package for six European territories in March 2009. This resource will work in partnership with the Tradespend IT team based in Burbank, CA to address production incidents, enhancement requests, and system re-designs to streamline existing functionality & ensure greater stability of the application. Major Responsibilities Requirements Gathering/Analysis 10% Programming 45% Testing/Troubleshooting 35% Production system support 10% Key responsibilities Be responsible for documenting requirements, conducting process and enhancements review meetings with the business partners and IT team with regard to any Siebel impacts due to the International Siebel implementation 10% Be responsible for developing IT technical documents, including program specifications. 15% Act as a back-up resource to develop and maintain Siebel applications. 10% Work with the IT application teams to implement the various business requirements. 10% Understand and develop data transfers in and out of the Siebel system. Perform data extracts using Informatica, DB2 stored procedures, Siebel Tools and develop and maintain Siebel EIM data loads. 40% Understand and support Siebel database architecture and application modules. 10% Mentor and guide technical individual with less technical expertise. 5% Educational Background BS in computing science or equivalent expertise to handle the job responsibilities accordingly Required qualifications: . Siebel software, preferably Siebel Consumer Goods . Siebel EIM processing . Siebel Tools configuration and e-scripting . DB2/UDB Stored procedures and SQL . UNIX /AIX shell scripts . Informatica . Good verbal and written communications skills . Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills . Must be self motivating and be able to work with little supervision Plus qualifications: . Experience with SAP Integration or other ERP solutions. . Experience with AS/400, DB2/400. . Siebel Certified. Years of experience: . Minimum 5 years experience with a background including structured analysis, functional design, implementation and support of complex and/or business critical information systems. . Minimum 5 years experience in Siebel package, including a minimum of three implementations. . Minimum 3 years experience with DB2/UDB, Unix/AIX, SQL (Structured Query language).
